-
ADBLUE OFF
Disables the AdBlue (SCR) system in software; no AdBlue refills are needed afterwards.
-
DPF OFF
Deletes the diesel particulate filter (DPF) system in software; if the vehicle has AdBlue, it must be deleted first.
-
EGR OFF
Disables the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system.

About this project
Continental/Siemens SID is a diesel ECU family used by Ford, PSA, Renault/Nissan and others. This unit is fitted to FORD Car vehicles. Project #19058 was completed automatically by the ECUHARD file service for a FORD Car vehicle running software KK3A-14C204-EUG KK3A-14C625-NCG KK3A-12A650-ABG.
Frequently asked questions
What was done to this SID212 file?
Operations performed: ADBLUE OFF, DPF OFF, EGR OFF. The modified file was checksum-corrected and delivered ready to flash.
What is the software version for this SID212 file?
This project is for SID212 with software numbers: KK3A-14C204-EUG, KK3A-14C625-NCG, KK3A-12A650-ABG. The same operations apply to other vehicles running the same software.
Can I get the same tuning for my FORD?
Yes. Sign in, upload your original ECU file (SID212 or any supported ECU), choose the operations you need and our automated system prepares the file, usually within minutes, 24/7.
I read my ECU with a different tool — will the tuning fit my file?
Yes. Every operation is applied to the file you upload — your own read from your own car — so the tool and the read mode do not matter: the modifications are located by content, not by a fixed file layout. If your file was modified before, our REV ORI (revert to original) module repairs every changed area back to the stock values first — no matter which tool or method read it (KTAG, KESS, Flex, Autotuner, CMD, OBD, bench or boot) (30 EUR). A compatibility problem is therefore impossible.
I have an OBD read — can you tune it, or do I need a bench/boot read?
An OBD read is fine as long as it contains the software area (maps). Upload it; the platform detects the ECU and software number and shows which operations are available for your file. If the read is partial and an operation is not possible on it, you will see that before paying.
I read boot mode with KTAG / bench with Flex / bench or OBD with Autotuner — which read do I upload?
Any of them. Upload the file exactly as your tool saved it (SID212 reads are supported in OBD, bench and boot form). The system works on your own read, so nothing has to be converted or matched to a different device.
Do you need the full backup (EEPROM, other sectors)?
No. Only the software-related part of the ECU is used: the maps area — the internal flash and/or the external flash, depending on where the software lives in that ECU. EEPROM and other memory sectors are not needed and are never modified. Keep your full backup for yourself as a safety copy.
How can I be sure the result will be compatible with my ECU?
Because the file returned to you is your own read with only the selected areas changed and the checksum corrected, it flashes back with the same tool and method you used to read it. The software number stays the same; nothing else in the file is touched.
What other operations are available for SID212?
STAGE1 (30 EUR, automatic, 13 ready solutions for this file size); STAGE2 (120 EUR, engineer-assisted, on request); LAMBDA OFF (15 EUR, automatic, 3 ready solutions for this file size); DECAT (15 EUR, engineer-assisted, on request); NOX OFF (15 EUR, automatic, 8 ready solutions for this file size); VMAX OFF (15 EUR, automatic, 2 ready solutions for this file size); IMMO OFF (150 EUR, engineer-assisted, on request); DTC OFF (30 EUR, engineer-assisted, on request); REV ORI (30 EUR, automatic, stock file in archive). Prices are per file.
I have a SID212 file — how can I get it done?
Sign in to the ECUHARD platform (solutions.ecuhard.com), upload your ECU file, select the operations you need and confirm. Automatic solutions are delivered within minutes, 24/7; engineer-assisted operations are prepared by our tuning team. Each file is checksum-corrected and an invoice is issued automatically.
Do I need to send my original file?
Yes — upload the stock read of your ECU. If you do not have it, our original file archive may have a matching file by software number.
