OPTIMIZATION ECU file service

01 How it works

1. Upload the original read of your ECU. The system detects the ECU and software (SW) number.
2. Select OPTIMIZATION. If your ECU has a built-in automatic module, you choose the options you want and the module builds the change directly in your file.
3. For other ECUs the file is compared, byte by byte and by SW number, with our stored engineer-made solutions and the matching solution is applied. Jobs without a match go to an engineer.
4. Download the finished file. The system works 24/7, also at night and on weekends.

02 Automatic module

OPTIMIZATION is available as a built-in automatic module for 1 ECU types. You do not need a stored solution: you enter the options you want — and the module builds the change directly in your own file, correct for that ECU.

03 Written by engineers, tested on a dyno

Every stored OPTIMIZATION solution is written by our engineers with professional tuning tools — WinOLS, StageX, ECM Titanium and our own Tuning Editor — and the file is tested on a dyno before it is added to the system and sent to customers. When your job matches a stored solution, the system applies it automatically, so what you receive is a solution that an engineer has already written and tested. 57 such solutions have been applied 379 times so far.
